Some recipients are not receiving SMS messages, although my phone says they were sent. How can I fix this?

I have done several factory resets on this phone and I am using the texting app Textra, which I have been using for quite some time, and I have never had any problems. I do think that the recipients not receiving the messages are on iPhones, not sure if that makes a difference.

Have you tried sending them from Message+? And also make sure the 3rd party app is up to date?

Yes, the third party app is up to date. And this only happens with some text, some SMS messages go through to the recipients, sometimes they don’t, so it is really hard to catch.

Is it always the same people not getting your text messages? You mentioned they are on iPhones, are they using iMessage? Did you try to use the stock messaging app on the phone to see if you get the same results?
