How do you disable the split screen / multi-window feature.

I have had my phone for 2 days, and I can not figure out how to turn off the split screen/multi-window feature. It pops up automatically at the worst times and it is getting very frustrating. I have read many things on how to use it, but have yet to find any thing that explains of to disable it.

Sadly you guys are mad at the wrong person. Samsung removed the option to turn it off. Also they made it where long pressing back activates it instead of home.

That is a great feature. I understand how at times you may not want it. If you go into your settings, do you see the option for Multi Window? Tap on that option and you can turn it off.

Hi! I just got the Galaxy s6 and I'm having the same problem- multi-window and split-screen will activate on its own, multiple times in quick succession. It makes it impossible to do anything on the phone. I, however, can't find Multi Window in my settings.
