How do I change my notifications ringtone?

I was trying to change my notifications ringtone. It asked me if I wanted to use the default or my zedge. I hit default, and it said use once or always. I accidentally hot always. Now I can't figure out how to get it to let me use my zedge ringtones. Please help!!

Settings > Applications > Default Applications > Media Storage > tap Clear

The next time you change your notification ringtone, you should get the pop-up box asking how you want to complete the action.
