How do I move pictures from my cell phone to my PC?
It turns out that the issue was with the usb connection from my phone. I am able to successfully transfer. Thank you both for your feedback.
USB cable.
I know to use the usb, but I can't seem to transfer the pictures. Could it be that the pictures from the memory card need a different method to transfer?
Do you get an error when transferring, or do you not see the card/phone show up in a file manager/My Computer? Do you have the updated drivers for USB from Samsung?
If all of this is fine, can you not cut and paste or drag and drop from the phone/card to a folder?
