My Droid Turbos battery died have been charging for 45 min phone still will not turn on. I am using the charger that came with the phone. The phone is only 1 month old
Unplug the phone.
Hold down volume up and power button for 15 seconds.
If volume up + power doesn't work, use volume down + power
Volume up and power is hard shut off. It forces the phone to shut down completely. Once he does that it should turn on like normal by hitting the power button for a few seconds.
