I am using Message+ for texting. I have video setting on VGA (640 × 480). I get a msg saying can't send too large. Is there something else I need to change?
When possible and intending to send a video via message, record the video from the messaging app, (tap attachment and select record video) or record the video in mms length. Pre-recorded videos, no matter their resolution, can still be too large in quality or length, which isn't hard to do with video nowadays.
