How do I restore it in my bb
Which Verizon app? Does BB World not have the app for download? Was the app already preloaded on the BB?
which Blackberry are you using? I am not sure the line up on all of the but when I look at my device , BlackBerry Curve I am able to go to the icon for AppWorld once inside i have 4 icons ,, one being listed at MY WORLD.. there I am able to see the apps on my device,, I am also able to change the viewing from INSTALLED, Uninstalled, ungrades etc.. have your tried to look in that area,, ? the other 2 I have is listed as APPS ,, and one that is listed as Verizon,,, since you mentioned it is one you want to Restore, I would try the AppWorld first..
