I bought a note 2 that is on Verizon's 4g lte prepaid service, it has android 4.1.1 and has a software update through Verizon but every time the update completes and shuts of my phone and reboots, the sound is muted, then it unmutes and download fails. I have factory reset my phone and still nothing.. any ideals? should I connect it to Samsung kies with a data cable and try to update through there?
