Did you have them backed up anywhere? If they were stored on an SD card, you might try recovery software (you'd have to Google it; I haven't used any in quite some time).

What kind of phone do you have? There is plenty of photo recovery software available that should work on phone/memory card and recover them if they haven't been overwritten since they were deleted.

Once photo's are uploaded to cloud you may accidentally end up with duplicates if you have uploaded the same photo's from different files. I ended up with 3 copies of some pictures but when I tried to delete 2 of them all three were deleted. Is thee a way to delete just one photo if I have multiple copies of it.
Where are you trying to delete them from (device or cloud online)? Might need to explain what you are seeing a little better see we can understand (uploaded the same photo's from different files), where are you seeing the duplicates, where are you deleting them? Have you tried looking online at your cloud photos and see they duplicates and try deleting from there?
