Intermittent Bluetooth connectivity

Since the recent Samsung upgrade, contacts will not transfer to my car. Worse, while on calls, connectivity turns on and off. Call is not lost but nearly impossible to have a conversation. Ideas?

Updates are meant to improve your device dl54. I regret to learn of the difficulties you are experiencing. When trying to transfer contacts to your device, are you getting a certain error message?  Does the device also disconnected with connected to other Bluetooth devices? When did you update the software on the device?
