Lost contacts how do I retrieve them
Have you added your Google account to the phone? If not, do so, if you have, go to contacts, tap menu, select "Contacts to Display" and choose Google. You should have contacts now. If you do not, we can try another route. Verizon contacts sync the Phone contacts (separate from Google, SIM, any other account name), not all the contacts in the phone.
What phone? Android? Then they should be backed up to Google account. Verizon Cloud backed up? We can give more info with more info about your device.
