Today, my three month old Note 4 deleted my entire photo album of Facebook downloads in the Gallery. I tried to upload a photo to a Facebook thread and when I went into the Facebook album, all 107 photos showed as blank with a question mark. So, I restarted the phone and when it came back up, the entire album was GONE. Additionally, this week my custom ringtone stopped working. I went into sounds and it was displaying the correct ringtone name, but when I played the actual sound file, somehow the VZW "over the horizon" song had replaced the music file, but was still displaying the name of my custom ringtone. I did an anti-virus scan and it came up clean. What is going on with my phone?!
