My LGG2 will no longer download multi media messages. Tells me to try later but still never works. I am using the stock app. Both wifi and 4g still nothing. Whats the fix?
First step is to go to Main Settings---Storage---Cache. tap Cache, it will clear.
Then, power down, remove SIM, replace SIM, power on.
If no success, delete your most un-needed message threads.
