On my s5, I used to have the time and date on the upper half of my home screen. Suddenly, it's gone and I can't figure out how to get it back. Any suggestions?
Long-press on that empty space where the date/time used to be; at the bottom of the screen tap Widgets. Scroll over to Clock, then long-press it and drag it to where you want it on your home screen, then let go.
Long press on your home screen or press settings and you should be able to add a widget to the screen. I believe that clock and date were a widget.

Also the size can be change on some Widgets after they have been moved. Go with tikibar1 to get your Widget back and then resize and place on your S5 screen.
