can't answer phone after system update (lg g2)

My phone completed the recent system update and norms I can't answer incoming calls.  Top of screen shows incoming call, contact name, number and even picture but the lower part of the screen is black so can't swipe to answer.  Completed a factory reset but still happening.  Any help would be great!!

I appreciate all the troubleshooting you have done so far ctonn! I know how important it is to  to answer phone calls. When you did the factory reset did all your applications get restored? What happens when you try to answer the phone call?
