LG Cosmos VN250. "My Verison" screen shrunk....it is a VN250 phone.

i have an LG Cosmos VN250. i tried to respond to YaleK_VZW Customer Service....  but the web site would not post my answer. This was in response to "My Verison" screen shrunk....it is a VN250 phone. there are NO apps in it. just call n texting for me. the My Verizon screen is SO small i need a magnifying glass to read it.....I need this to be remedied before i go blind!!! Thanks  Karen

Oh wow! I can imagine how difficult this must be to see! Thank you for providing the software details. The phone does need a software update. You would have to take the phone into one of our corporate stores to see if they can update this for you.Here is the link to find the store nearest you: http://vz.to/1w0wp8q. I recommend calling first to make sure they can do the updates in store. Before you do that though, you can try to make sure the display settings are correct: http://vz.to/1dnOY2W.
