How can I get a history of calls and texts from February and March of this year? Just the numbers, not the actual text content

I'd like to see a record of the phone numbers called, received, and texts sent and received...JUST the numbers and the dates, not the actual texts themselves. Samsung Galaxy S5. Thanks!
