LG Cosmos 3: The screen is not working and need help, thanks!

My phone works fine, but I am unable to see what is going on because the screen is not working.  Any help on solving the problem would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

randolph_header007, let's get your screen working again for you! When did this trouble begin for you? To clarify, you can hear the sounds from your phone when it rings, or when there is a notification, but you cannot physically see anything on your phone, is that correct? Is there any physical or liquid damage to the phone? Have you removed the battery to reset? Keep us posted! Thanks!
