Not Account Owner

I just created an account with my device yet somehow I am not the account owner. I'm the only one associated to this account. I'd like to transfer my old number to verizon but I need to become the account owner to do so. What can I do to become one or transfer my number otherwise?

Hello,

In prepaid there's no account owner. To port in your phone number you only need your account number from the previous provider.
