Why a second password for WI-FI router?

Trying set up wi-fi on my new S4. Have entered my 14 digit router passphrase, but the S4 wants a second password. I have never needed a second password to connect any of my other devices to the router. Anyone know how to work around this?

This seems very strange, and not something that is characteristic of this phone. What happens when you try to enter in the same password a second time? Have you attempted to turn WiFi off on the phone, then back on? Please let us know. Thank you.

I must have done something wrong. The third time I tried, I entered the 14

digit passcode for my router and Voila! I had Wi-Fi. I thought I had

double checked every digit but the machine is smarter than I am so it has to

be my fault.

All is well now, every other setup item has worked perfectly, I am happy.

Sorry for the bother.

I have a similar problem. I am setting up wi fi on my Core Prime phone, it is a 16 figure pass code, the same one as on my router...however this will not authenticate and wi fi will not set up could you help me with this one
