Rear camera lens cracked. How do I get an OEM-quality replacement, not the cheap plastic ones I see listed around?

My rear-facing camera outside glass has cracked -- didn't drop it, always treat it well but I've heard it's happened before. I ordered a replacement online but I found it was cheap plastic when it arrived. How do I get an OEM-quality replacement? I haven't been able to locate one.

Having a cracked camera lens is definitely no fun for sure! While we don’t have replacement parts available for purchase, if you have insurance you can have the device replaced through Asurion. Do you have insurance coverage on this line?

I have a cracked camera lens. Went on line to file a claim and was told ot was not covered.

In August this year. My contract said I have total coverage.

Verizon when I tried to get my camera lens fixed through the insurance It was denied saying that it doesn’t prevent the phone from working correctly
