My fingerprint scanner stopped working and I've restarted the phone about 4 times. I even cleared the cache as well.

I'd rather not root the phone because I don't want to void my warrenty.

I'd love to see your device back up and running in top form! What happens when you attempting to use the scanner? Are you able to get into the device without the fingerprint scanner working?
