My Razr Maxx HD freezes during the power up process, never fully powers on so I can use it. I was going to factory restore it, then it does this. It had been acting sort of strange lately as well, randomly locks on it's own, sometimes everything but my background disappears, so on. Now it's useless...what do i do? I have no insurance/coverage on it either.
