I cannot access my VM while in Canada, *86 does not work, manually entering my device phone number with and without 1- will not work, or holding the 1 speed dial key. I have been on the phone for hours with Verizon tech support and they have no solution other than call in remotely. I've cleared the cache, did forced stops, etc. I purchased this phone in the USA beginning of January 2015, then flew into Edmonton, Alberta and while in Edmonton VM was working when I accessed via *86 for approx 2 weeks. Then one week ago it just stopped working. I dial my phone number on my device, it shows "Voicemail", then "call ended".
PLEASE HELP!
