More of a Kudos comment actually. 2 1/2 months of constant problems with my new Note 4 sync problems for mail/calendar. Several levels of tech support and 2 long sessions with Samsung... no-one could fix the problem, UNTIL, I was sent to a Level 2 Supervisor... in 10 minutes he had fixed the problem!!! Amazing... So, MAJOR KUDOS to Mario!!! Because of him, I can keep my phone and stick with Verizon!!!
