We have two galaxy s4 phone and we can not send group text messages. have tried disabling wifi and forcing a data connection but no luck.

That's concerning to hear! It's incredibly important to make sure you can send the messages you need to. What happens when you try to send a group message? Do picture messages work?

Here is what we know so far:
Samsung GalaxyS4 running Lollipop 5.0, two different phones.
Her phone [removed] will not send group or photo texts unless in Safe Mode. Single recipient texts work fine.
My phone [removed] will send them fine…most of the time.
This points to a possible app conflict. Is there any way to isolate the offending app?
