Massive issues

OK, so as you can gather, I'm having some issues with my Droid Maxx. I have done a full reset, safe mode, etc. My phone still randomly restarts as well as my WiFi and Bluetooth does not turn on unless I restart my phone multiple times and even then it works for about an hour or two. Is there anything else that can be done?
