Weird. Go thorugh you're profile settings and make sure they are all set to on and loud-ish volume. click on the profile and the got to set ringtone/alerts and look at the alerts that you're having trouble with.
I have the same problem, have you gotten a solution? I do not get the ring on all calls, chime on all text/e-mail, or even the vibrate if holstered. It is sporadic and sometimes fails as much as 80% of the time when testing it out.All settings are correct, phone is up-to-date and I spent considerable time with VZW Tech Support testing and validating settings; still no joy. I have 2 more weeks on my 30 day guarantee and may end up swapping out, but don't know what to go to …Thanks~
