You can access the web interface for the device at http://192.168.1.1. If it is a Prepaid device, you may have to call Verizon Wireless Customer Service (800) 922-0204 to have them setup your MyVerizon account.

Your account information is available on www.verizonwireless.com. This is where you would go to manage your Verizon account information like adding or removing devices from your plan.
Your local router admin page is available via 192.168.1.1. This is where you got to make Jetpack configuration changes such as the wireless password, changing a wireless channel or changing an IP address.
