I have a samsung note 4, i use the verizon integrated messaging app messages does that work like imessage? if someone suspends my service, can i still text over wifi using my phone number
I don't know for sure, but I would guess no. Texting is synced to your phone number; if the phone number is suspended, then there's no phone number available to sync to.
