I have a Galaxy S4 and I have been trying to send texts to 5 digit numbers for a couple of weeks now and everytime I try I get an Immediate text failed message. why?

I want to ensure you are able to reply to text all the time. It sounds like youare trying to reply to short codes. Have you ever been able to reply to these text? Have you ever blocked premium messages during your time with Verizon Wireless? This may also block short codes.
