lollipop upgrade issues

Since the upgrade my phone has been lagging, to the point I have to go though 4 attempts to type in my password to unlock my phone. I also noticed when I'm watching a video the video itself lags behind the audio sound. Periodically my phone freezes and I have to wait until it catches up with whatever I'm doing. I've tried factory resets and rebooting, nothing worked. Is there going to be a fix?

Look no further help is here! You've done great troubleshooting so far. Let's work together and get your phone back to normal.

Is the phone lagging when accessing certain apps or functions on the phone, or is it random? Does the video lag with all videos you play or only certain ones? When the phone freezes are you in a certain apps when it happens?

Let's run the phone in safe mode http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-111483/ for a few hours to see if you notice a difference. Keep me posted.
