How do you totally shut off voicemail ?
Some people don't use or remember how to access it.
If it is never setup on the phone when the line is activated, the feature eventually drops off the line. Otherwise a call to customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from another VZW phone and request the voicemail removed from the line will do the trick.
Why do you not want any voicemail, is their someĀ problem with the phone?
