Is there any way to search within your email? And/or is there a way to change the setting so they can be sorted by sender?
If you go into your email, you should be able to hit menu then it will give some options. Try account labels and then it will have a list of incoming, sent, drafts, etc from there you should be able to modify and subcatergorize what you would like to.

I am desperately trying to sort too!
When I select menu...while in my email...I do not get the option of of selecting "account labels" as you described? All I get as an option are "Select All, Folders, Compose, Refresh, and Email Settings".
The email acccount I am trying to sort is an exchange folder. I wonder if that is why?
