im having all kinds of problems with my wallpaper scrolling continuously. i cant lock any wallpaper on my home or lock screen. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My wallpapers will not stop scrolling. It constantly scrolls and it's very annoying. Any suggestions?

Do they scroll automatically, like you don't have to touch the screen?  Or is this a setting you have set where they will loop endlessly if you swipe one way or the other?  Is this the LG Home launcher or a 3rd party launcher app?
