Currently, I am waiting more than 72 hours for a return phone call!!! On Friday, I contacted tech support; I waited more than 30 minutes to speak with a supervisor "Billy" who was more robotic and script than human. He assured me that I would receive a follow up call within 24 - 48 hours. Today is Wednesday and I have yet to receive a call back. I called on yesterday and spoke with David, who advised he would email the parties indicated and check back with me at the end of the day to ensure someone had followed up with me. GUESS what nothing as of yet!!!! I get it NO CUSTOMER CARE OR QUALITY SERVICE!!!!!!!! I am frustrated with my Samsung 5 device and the process entirely. I have been a loyal customer of verizon for almost 20 years, which means ABSOLUTELY nothing to customer care or service!!!! NOTHING @ ALL!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous that loyalty counts for nothing......
