I downloaded seveeral touch call apps, but 911 isn't on them
There are two apss free that sound like it'll fit your needs. Try 911 now or 911 by Andy Kalbvleesch
or.....long press your home screen and select shortcut. then select "direct dial." you'll need to have 911 stored as a contact and select it. i did this for my wife's number and it's great.....ONE touch of her icon on the home screen and it calls. i can't imagine any app would be any quicker?
