s5 black screen after lollipop update

since i updated to lollipop, phone screen will go black and phone will restart. at first, i could restart phone to fix, then had to perform battery reset, then had to perform factory reset. blue led light is on and now wont turn screen on.

Mine randomly went black yesterday as well! I've pulled the battery and tried charging it. The blue light is on and its vibrating notifications, but nothing is on the screen. Did you get yours fixed?

We want to get you back to business, kvp0928! When the battery is pulled the device does respond to the power button to turn it back on with blank screen? Has there been any physical or liquid damage?
