Frustrated!!

Last week I setup VZ Protector. Since then my phone has been freezing during start up. It gets to the blue DRIOD screen and stays that way until it finally shuts down or I can get the reboot to work. (Down volume and power.)

I took the phone into a Verizon store for assistance and they didn't do (or know) anything more than I had already done!

I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this phone! (I was talked into this over the LG G3!)

If there is nothing on the phone you need to try and save, you should do a factory reset. Especially if you can't even get your phone to load completely.

I have done that 3 times! I haven't installed any thing since the last reset, and its still happening.

Under Settings>Restore (or something to that affect) turn off Google data and app restore and try a factory reset again.

My phone is currently deleting text threads and is taking a decade so I can't look up what exactly it says.
