I just got this phone with the internet access plan. I try to get online and it says no Wi-fi service. When I search for a Wi-fi connection none is found. Cant I just use the normal internet like I had with T-Mobile? What steps do I take to do this? Please assist me!

Hi,

Let me make sure I understand what you are saying.  You search for a WiFi connection and do not find one?  Do you have a WiFi connection set up or are at a public hotspot?  If there are no WiFi hotspots near your location, then you will not find a WiFi connection to connect.  You can use the normal connection to get onto the internet.  Go to Manage Connections on your device.  See the Mobile Connection and the small box just before it should have a check mark.  If it does not, highlight it and press the space bar.  If you need more help on setting up a WiFi connection at your home, let me know and I can send you a private message detailing how to set up a home WiFi hotspot for your device to connect.
