Why am I receiving blurry MMS messages?

Hi,

I'm using the stock messaging app; when I send a MMS taken with the camera, its quality is just fine. However, when I receive a MMS (whether it be from other S5's or iPhones), its quality is not the best and it is blurry. What is going on and how can I fix this?

Most likely depends on the senders messaging application settings and whether it reduces size/quality of images/videos prior to sending.
