Why does my device lose connection, then shut down continuously until the battery dies, usually after I use a navigation app?

Here to help! This is definitely not normal activity for you phone. This can become very bothersome and I want to make sure we get this corrected. Have you always had this issue when using the application? Have you received any error messages? Keep us posted.
