how do I remove mp3 store?

Since the update everytime I use ATK the Mp3 Store app is running. I tried to change the settings with no luck. So I looked to just remove it from my phone and it won't let me uninstall it. Was at Verizon today with the weather issue and he said he didn't know how to stop it. Anybody have any luck? All it does is kill my memory. Thanks

I'm going on the assumption you're using an Eris or Droid.  The only way to delete Amazon MP3 store is to root the phone, and load a custom rom without it installed.  This is def not a Verizon approved process.
