I switched over from Virgin using a Samsung S3 to Verizon using a Samsung S5. I know of one person that have not been able to communicate with since the switch. They receive my texts and send texts back but I never receive them. I send them texts and they receive them just fine. Tried several different messaging apps, soft reset, uninstalling/clearing cache, deleting contacts, but the same problem still exists. I am worried that I might be missing other texts too, obviously I don't know whether they ever texted back or if they got my texts. Please help!
