Having a hard time getting the phone to pinpoint my location making it very difficult to use maps to navigate. Was just in Fl and I could not use my phone get to my destinations. Is something wrong w my phone?
If you indeed have a Samsung Galaxy 3, you should get your SIM card replaced. Just go to a Verizon Corporate store and they will do it for free. Hopefully that cures your issues. In the 2+ years you've had the phone have you ever done a factory reset?
