Texts Breaking Up

My phone has always broken up texts to iPhones, but the S5 seems to be breaking them up after only 65 characters! I've downloaded a few third party messaging apps that are supposed to fix this but none have worked. Is this a setting on the phone some where? It's getting to the point where I can't really communicate with iphone users as they complain it's getting very hard to read!

This is odd! Let's dig a bit deeper and see what is causing this to happen. When did this this start? Are you able to send to none Iphones text without breaking up? What Software are you running? Settings > About phone > Android version.
