Galaxy S5 - receiving texts, but cannot send texts

Message+ app - every time I try to send or resend a text, it instantly says "Message not sent"

Samsung Messages app - it says "Unable to send messages" and does not let me even try to type in a message, let alone send one

Texts used to work last month

I can still receive all texts, but cannot respond to any of them.

You might call customer service to make sure text provisioning is correctly set up. Removing the SIM and replacing might help as well.

Same issue. My sister can ONLY respond to me if she sends a group text. I have a s8+ she has a galaxy s5. So weird..
