Help - how to replace lost 8830 with new 8830?

I'm looking for easy to follow instructions on activating my new 8830 (replacing lost 8830) with the same username and phone number.

just go under ur verizon account on line and go under the link (replace new phone) and enter the ESN number located on the back of the battery in the phone. then put in the reason u are replacing it. just follow the instructions when ur done doing this. you will have everything the same on your new replacement 8330.
