A few gliches zfter d/l newest update to the Sam Galaxy s5. Can I undo the darn update?

You might be able to factory reset your phone, I'm about ready to myself. Freezing up, locks, apps lag when opening or don't work properly. Camera won't focus on close ups anymore.
No way! I pay to use their services. You pay good money to receive? I should not have to do a factory reset on a phone I just bought Nov 13, 2014. Verizon needs to fix this or get out of the business. My daughter and her husband pay for Apple iPhones and are suppose to get 4G speed, someone needs to explain why their services are 3g and slower then the tortoise. Their phoes are 2 years old, in mint condition. Why is the phone service so bad but you are forced to pay SO MUCH FOR SERVICES? I'm starting to regret signing the contract!
