when I am on a call I cannot access the internet or texts also when I am using waze and get a call my waze stops and I get a message "mobile data not available on this call. I never had this issue before.
Activate Advanced Calling and try again.
Settings>Advanced Calling
Make sure you have 4G service.
I have the same problem, I think it is because too much data is being used. I cannot get emails or answer any when this happens as well
it is not "too much data being used".
What hat phone do you have, have you turned on advanced calling on your account, and turned on VoLTE on your phone?
